Partnered closely with decision-makers and cross-functional teams, achieving a 30% reduction in user drop-off during setup. Redesigned the TikTok Shop App interface for sellers, optimizing product listing and order management workflows. Simplified the Global Product Replication (GPA) process, enabling a 25% faster listing time and boosting seller satisfaction across multiple regions.
